I'm Shayna Ventrcek, a passionate operations management professional with a strong focus on project management, process improvement, supply chain management, and quality management. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (Operations Management) from Brock University and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Business (Operations Management) from Dublin City University, where I graduated with first-class honours. Throughout my internships at ESB, Indeed, and BDO Canada, I’ve gained hands-on experience in process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and global compliance projects. I’m also in the process of obtaining my CAPM certification from PMI to further develop my project management skills. I thrive in fast-paced, problem-solving environments where I can help streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and implement strategic solutions. Right now, I’m looking for opportunities in operations, supply chain, procurement, and project management, where I can apply my skills and continue to grow.
