About Me
I solve problems to give customers what they want. They simply want what they paid for. It's a straightforward expectation. The key is always delivering. Prior to my shift to web development, I was a Customer Experience Quality Assurance Analyst. I drove high-quality, effortless, and efficient customer interactions. I found myself drawn to web development because I like solving puzzles and investigating details. There is also magic in how your code on the screen transforms when it runs: words create sophisticated machines, and applying simple tools like loops and lists solves complex problems. I want to grow a career based on continually improving my skills, I want to be a dependable teammate, and I want to make life easier for customers.
