About Me
As a Certified Appraiser at Galveston Central Appraisal District (GCAD), I am responsible for appraising business personal proptery in the county, using various methods and techniques. I also prepare and present reports, communicate with property owners and agents, and maintain accurate records and data. I enjoy applying my analytical and problem-solving skills to provide fair and accurate valuations for tax purposes. I am also pursuing a Master of Science degree in Finance at Texas A&M University-Commerce, where I am learning advanced concepts and skills in financial analysis, accounting, economics, and statistics. I expect to graduate in May 2025 and further enhance my career prospects in the appraisal and finance industry. Prior to joining GCAD, I worked as a Retail Salesworker at FedEx Office, where I consulted with customers on digital prints, signs and graphics, and design services, recommending solutions and preparing quotes. I developed my customer service, communication, and content creation skills in this role.
