We are seeking a paid summer intern to join our IT team in Marion, Iowa, supporting ERP software development and business application enhancements. This is an on-site internship with the potential for a full-time role after completion.

What You'll Do:
- Support ERP Customization Upgrades: Migrate and optimize existing ERP customizations using low/no-code tools and custom coding (C#/SQL/CTE).
- Develop Dashboards & Applications: Assist in building interactive dashboards and business applications within Epicor Kinetic to support decision-making and process automation.
- Validate & Test Workflows: Ensure all customized workflows function correctly within the upgraded ERP environment.
- Gain real-world experience in a collaborative team environment, contributing to projects from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to Additional IT Projects: Support other IT initiatives and process improvements as needed.

What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical degree.
- Familiarity with C#, SQL, and the .NET framework.
- Understanding of CTE (Common Table Expressions) and relational databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Interest in low/no-code development and ERP solutions (Epicor Kinetic experience a plus).
