Mechanical Engineer (Entry Level)

BAE Systems is seeking a diligent and proactive individual with a proven high quality work ethic to fill an entry-level Mechanical Engineer to support the readiness and sustainment of the United States Air Force (USAF) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Weapon System (WS).

Responsibilities include:

• Work with a multi-discipline systems engineering team, write specifications, prepare and review mechanical and/or electrical drawings, and manage work to meet program schedules
• Identify or evaluate needed or proposed modifications and/or replacements for WS components
• Prepare and be able to defend technical recommendations concerning any needed modifications and/or replacements
• Create and interpret Computer Aided Design (CAD) models

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

‍Full-Time Salary Range: $50580 - $85950Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
