Job Summary:
The Civil Engineer works within a multi-disciplinary team work on large-scale power grid projects for major energy providers throughout the states. You'll join a team committed to bringing technology to the power industry while understanding, respecting, and protecting the reliability of the electrical grid.

The salary range for this position is starting at $69,000 - Commensurate, depending on relevant experience, education, and qualifications.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited university (upcoming graduates welcome to apply!)
- EIT or FE certification preferred, but not required
- Internship experience preferred, but not required
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design conceptual routes, layouts, preliminary and detailed designs and specifications for high voltage transmission lines and/or distribution lines
- Plan and profile sheets, staking sheets, bills of materials (BOM), and stringing charts
- Design criteria
- Pole loading drawings, framing drawings, and construction drawings
- Structure loading calculations
- Review and provide Quality Assurance (QA) for project engineering deliverables developed internally or by third parties.
- Attend project site visits/walk downs.
- Interface regularly with clients at their offices or in the field.
- Support client’s project engineers as directed.
