Summary
Work with the Software Asset Manager and customers to support Software Asset Management services through customer service, documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Write basic procedure and process documentation supporting software license and installation processes supported by SAM.
- Support the request processes for software license validation, management, and tracking of software.
- Assist in monitoring, tracking for SAM KPIs (key performance indicators) for utilization, harvesting, and compliance.
- Help on day-to-day operational management of software asset entitlements tracking and related reporting.
What It Takes To Succeed
- Data analysis or database management knowledge
- Ability to research and filter information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education
College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona. We are taking steps to protect the health and well-being of all team members, and by following a number of health and safety protocols, to reduce the risk of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
