We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Automation Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will assist in the programing of robotic systems used for improving manufacturing process of automatic inspection of PCB and Electronic boards. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with foundational knowledge in robotics and automation to grow and develop their skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Design and Development:

  • Define the requirements and draft plan for automated inspection of embedded products using the robotic system
  • Design and development of software programs to control robotic inspection systems.
  • Write and debug software programs on prototype product.

Testing and Validation & Integration

  • Conduct tests and experiments to evaluate the performance and functionality of programs robotic systems.
  • Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to improve system reliability and efficiency.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of design processes, test procedures, and results.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and review sessions.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics and automation technologies.
  • Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance technical skills.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, automation, Robotics , or a related field.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in various programming languages like C, C++, Python, JavaScript
  • Basic understanding of robotics principles and automation technologies.
  • Experience or at a minimum a familiarity with software development lifecycle in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and process instrumentation.

Experience:

  • Internship or project experience in robotics or a related field is a plus, but not required.
