As an intern reporting to the Emerging Talent Programs Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the design and execution of Dropbox's early-career diversity recruiting programs and hiring initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, including event coordination, program design and management, university relations, and employer branding. As part of the Emerging Talent team, you will collaborate with recruiters, People Team partners, Employee Resource Groups leads, and external diversity organizations and HBCUs to help Dropbox attract and retain top early-career talent. Through this internship opportunity you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of early-career recruiting, gaining exposure to various aspects of program design, event coordination, and partnership management within a global tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Program & Event Support: Assist in the creation and execution of recruiting events and programs aligned with early-career recruiting priorities.
  • External Partnership Coordination: Assist in developing and managing relationships with external partners, such as universities and organizations dedicated to supporting underrepresented populations.
  • Communication Assistance: Contribute to the communication strategy for Emerging Talent external recruiting initiatives, including both written and verbal communications.
  • DEI Support and Data Analysis: Stay informed on DEI recruiting programs and developments, and support the analysis of hiring performance data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance diversity recruitment strategies.
  • Innovation & Collaboration: Contribute ideas and assistance in the innovation, design, and execution of strategic programs and initiatives to advance aspirational early-career hiring goals.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BS in Social Science (Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Political Science, Public Policy), Communications, Education, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field graduating in Spring 2026
  • Interest in designing and implementing early-career recruiting programs, engagements, and events
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a proactive approach to projects
  • Comfortable with data analysis and deriving insights from large datasets
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty in a rapidly evolving business landscape
  • Passion for early-career talent and DEI
  • Comfortable working in a Virtual First environment
