As an Electrical Construction Graduate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within our organization. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and promoting a positive team environment.
We are hiring for new college graduates to begin their career as Assistant Project Manager, Estimator, Field Electrician and more. You will have rotation opportunities in our program.

- Collaborate with Project Managers, Field Personnel, and office staff to contribute to tasks and deadlines for current activities.
- Process Documentation:some text
- Work with tools such as SharePoint, Visio, Procore, Bluebeam and PowerPoint.
- Prepare clear and concise process documents for reference.

- Gain insights into various roles within the entire electrical construction industry.
- Develop fundamental business knowledge to contribute to overall organizational success.

- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements
- A Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 Construction Management graduate from a technical college or bachelor’s degree program.
- Ability to be in our Justin, TX office Monday-Friday when not traveling.
- Ability to travel at times to be on a job site for learning opportunities.
