Aon's Corporate Apprenticeship Program

Job Description

Posted on:
March 13, 2024

The Aon Apprenticeship Program was designed to create a new pathway for individuals interested in gaining valuable on-the-job experience and training to establish a long-term career at Aon, while pursuing their associate degree. It is a two-year program that balances on-the-job learning at Aon with in-school classroom learning at an accredited partner college.

This is an in-person, office-based role, requiring the ability to work from the Houston office and attend classes at Houston Community College. Aon covers the cost of your tuition at Houston Community College AND pays you a salary of $42,000 per year ($20.19 per hour). Your classes will be pre-selected by Aon as you work towards your associate degree. This program begins at Aon on August 1st, 2024.

The Apprenticeship Program is a full-time job. Apprentices dedicate a combined 40 hours per week working at Aon and attending classes to complete their AAS in Business Management at Houston Community College – all of which is financially covered, meaning we will pay you for your time at Aon as well as your time spent in the classroom! Homework and study time will take place outside of your 40-hour work week.
