AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Enginee r to be based in Chicago, IL .
Responsibilities
- Building analytic and design skills.
- Conducting engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
- Creating designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
- Collecting and analyzing data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
- Using computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
- Performing work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
- Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
- Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or other related engineering field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Drafting/CAD applications (MicroStation, AutoCAD, and/or Civil 3D).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
